The lead-time is an estimation and depending upon the availability of parts and components. |

The lead-time starts upon receiving of the defective products from customers either sent by hand or via post. |

Shall the repair involve more than 2 parts; only one charge applies, which is the highest. |

Shall the repair involve more than 2 parts; the longest lead-time applies. |
5. |
FingerTec® Warranty only covers parts and components for machines within warranty period. Labor charges still apply. |
6. |
If the repaired terminal(s) break down within one week from date of receipt from FingerTec and it is caused by the same problem(s) as before, no extra charges will incur to restore the terminal(s). Kindly return the terminal(s) to us for repair. |

Labor charges still apply for all terminals under warranty. |
8. |
FingerTec® support department will notify your company by email once the repair is completed or if we encountered any issues that require your explanation and confirmation. Kindly check your email for updates. You can also contact us info@fingertec.com for any updates on your repair machines. |

Any delay requested from your side due to unforeseen circumstances such as waiting for payments from client, we would notify you the same. |
