Hello Sam,
The issue is most likely an issue in the scheduling. Please go to system settings and open up clocking schedule. Once in the clocking schedule at the top right please set it to flexi. Once this is done the punches will need to be generated so you can it in the attendance. To generate the time attendance open up attendance and click generate at the bottom. You will select the date range and all your employees and click generate .
