I upgraded to the latest of fingertec software. When I ran it it gives me an error saying "Required ActiveX is not registered properly or is outdated!. Please make sure you run as admin." I was already logged in as admin in Windows server 2003.

Hi Joe,
If you right-click the icon and then choose run as administrator do you still get the same error? If so just run the setup again provided below.
